With a focus on homelessness, housing, policing and drug policy, Ben's approach harnesses qualitative research methods to produce deep rooted insights with a view towards their practical implications.

Senior Researcher, What Works Centre for Child Social Care

"As part of a series of reports commissioned by the U.K Government's Independent Review of the Children's Social Care, Ben led two country analyses on children's social care in Denmark and Canada. The work involved analysis of complex policy and legislative material and semi-structured interviews with key government officials and country experts. Even though we were working under very tight deadlines, Ben managed to produce two stellar reports on the children's social care sector for each country, which received direct praise from the review team. We were lucky to work with him and would not hesitate to do so again.”
